Wow!!! What an amazing podcast! We are Canadian and will soon be coming to France for about 20 days. My husband and I have been before but out 12 year old twin daughters have not (they do speak French unlike us so we hope this will make the trip even better).

We are actually coming for a wedding in Nerac. We previously spent a week in Toulouse and loved it. This time we are doing Paris, Pisa, Rome, Nice, Provence and Nerac. Some highlights are aqua trekking in the Verdon Gorge and a boat tour of the Calanaques. We are flying from Paris to Pisa and then training the rest until Nice where we will rent a car for the rest of the trip and finally we will take a train from Toulouse to Paris to return home. We are mostly using Air BnB (including staying in a beautiful ‘castle’ in Laplume. I would love to share the details of our trip when we return.
